Access a portal

Client Portal - View

When you first invite someone to a portal via your Contacts module, a portal is activated for that contact/entity. You can then access the portal in two ways:

  1. Via the Contacts navigation icon: click the client you wish to view, then in the Client Portal Subscribers panel, click View Portal.
  2. Via the Client Portal navigation icon: click the client you wish to view.

The Client Portal page opens on the Details tab, which lists the contact's details, communication details and addresses, and portal subscribers. It also displays a graph that illustrates how much space the portal uses.

On the Documents tab, you can upload and view files. See Manage documents (files).
